Earlier this week, I had the wonderful opportunity of speaking with Jason Stein, my good friend and the Editor over at Automotive News about the new normal in digital retailing – a shift in both consumer expectations and dealer skills, capabilities and offerings to match them – which all together is a concept we’ve been calling ‘Modern Retailing’.
One of the biggest takeaways is how resilient and creative automotive dealers continue to be through all the challenges and changes that have come their way – especially in the last twelve months. These tough, resourceful entrepreneurs never cease to amaze me.
