Online, Offline, and Everything In Between. (Experimarketing Podcast Episode 24)
Last week, I had the opportunity to sit down with Colin Carrasquillo and Matt Wilson of the Experimarketing Podcast to discuss how dealers can leverage connected car technology to enhance the customer experience and ultimately, positively impact a dealership’s bottom line.
One of the biggest takeaways is that dealers need to unite and become more vocal in asking for connected car data from OEM’s so they can use it to change the automotive space for the better, as they work to create and use newer and better services and applications that take full advantage of increased vehicle and driver data availability, to make sure they can create the most advantages for their businesses.
I’m always excited to talk about connected car – and especially the dynamics of how it’s presenting so many new opportunities for dealers, which is always exciting. So, please enjoy the conversation Colin, Matt, and I had by listening to the podcast on Youtube, Apple, or Spotify, and visit our Connected Car Practice page for more information on our Vision for Connected Car, or to connect and start a dialogue.
